What is the RSVP deadline?
October 25th 2024!
Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?
You can RSVP under the "RSVP" section of our website and search your name.
When is the final payment due?
February 17th 2025! EVERYTHING is final!
Can I set up a payment plan with the TA?
Yes! They have this option on the travel website. All payments are due by Feb 17 2025.
Do you have a hotel "room block" for guests?
Yes! Please visit the "Travel" section of our website to see all details regarding the hotel room block we have secured for our guests! A minimum of 3 nights is required to attend the wedding and other wedding events.
Are taxes included in the price per night quotes in the room block?
Yes. The price per night is per person and includes taxes and fees. The price per person is lower if more people are staying in the same room together. Details on travel website.
Is the resort All Inclusive?
Yes!
Are airport transfers included?
Unfortunately no. Round trip airport transportation is not included but can be arranged through Our Destination Weddings if needed.
Can the travel agent (Our Destination Weddings) help with flights as well?
Yes if needed, or you can book on your own and send them your flight itinerary for the airport transfer if they are handling those for you.
Are all rooms updated/remodeled?
No. The Superior rooms are the older style resort rooms and are more budget friendly. The Premium rooms have extra perks, prime location, hot tubs on the balconies in the Caribe section AND have been updated/remodeled.

What areas of the property and amenities are available to me?
We have rooms at Palace and Caribe. Palace guests are granted access to the 4 main areas of the resort plus the Palace section. Guests staying in the Caribe Swim Up rooms are also granted access to the 4 main areas as well as the Palace Section. Guests staying in the Caribe Superior or Caribe Premium rooms are granted access to the 4 main areas only. The Bride and Groom and immediate family will be staying at the Caribe. We did not reserve any rooms in the adults only section of the hotel (RIVIERA). All beach areas and water sports will be available to everyone regardless of the area you are staying in.
Which airport should I fly in to?
The nearest airport to the resort is Cancun International Airport (CUN)
What is the dress code?
BEACH SEMI FORMAL: (For the Men) Suit or button up shirt and pants...tie optional. Linen pants, or breathable golf style pants would be great options. Side note: Most of the reserved ala carte restaurants require men to wear pants and close toed shoes so maybe bring a couple pair and your hey dudes! (For the Women) Semi formal dress, any color but white, any style/length.
