The Beginning

Their love story begins in 2020 when they both swiped right on bumble. She never made the first move (big oops!) and since bumble's rules dictate that the girls are required to message first, their connection was stuck in limbo. Luckily he took matters into his own hands and found her on instagram!

The First Kiss

Their first kiss was a moment they'll never forget - and not just because of the romantic mountaintop setting! He planned an adventurous date hitting golf balls off the top of a mountain. As they shared their first kiss the world around them started to melt away. Suddenly his hat flew off in the wind, he took off running and left her stunned and speechless. Even the chaos of that moment couldn't distract from the sparks flying. Their first kiss was a little imperfect, a little windy…and a lot wonderful.

The Proposal

It was a warm tropical night in Costa Rica and they were walking down to explore the beach. Unfortunately she left her glasses at the house and the darkness made everything a little fuzzy. As they strolled closer to the water's edge she noticed flickering lights and thought they were walking up to a cozy bonfire. As they got closer (a lot closer), she saw the outline of bags with candles inside carefully arranged on the sand to spell out Will You Marry Me? That's when he dropped to one knee and asked her to marry him.
